My day was good in fact great , Yoga was amazing yes painful.
Guys i am thinking of running a one day workshop for all my 30 yr old women frnds DOES not include you people as you guys are trainers. What do you think of the idea ? I will take up a small room in maybe Russian center or something and if it goes good then will make it public . Maybe we all can then work on it say what ?
