It was a lazy day with loads of eating & sleeping. My training was good :)
I hate afternoon naps , they make me feel sick :(
hmmm missing not working out today. Actually had good home lunch with family with very interesting discussion about gay weddings and what is my parents take on it .I wonder when i get to my parents age will i be so open to the changing world or will i resist it ?
Hoping for active Sunday since Saturday was lazy
