My days are hectic these days.
I have learned that managing your own team is better than managing a outsourced team. These big BPO's have brainless people they only go by books, everything has to be documented for them.
I plan to go shopping for my winter wardrobe today.....yippeeeeee
Hey...i went to Lajpat Nagar for shopping sometime back nice Kurtas I bought from there.:-)
